By accessing and using MazEnergy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Morocco. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Description of Service

MazEnergy provides an energy monitoring and management platform that enables businesses to track, analyze, and optimize their energy consumption through connected sensors and intelligent reporting.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
One account per individual user; sharing accounts is prohibited

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned byMazEnergy SARL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform. By using the service, you grant us a license to use this data solely for providing and improving our services.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Moroccan law, MazEnergy SARL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
